Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an Experience Lights product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Experience Lights LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Experience Lights LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If we cancel an order because of a pricing error after payment has been collected, we will promptly refund all amounts paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items, to the original payment method. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund the entire amount paid.
Term; Termination
These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Experience Lights LLC to the extent you have validly accepted them under applicable law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with its effective date. The version accepted when you place an order governs that order unless you and Experience Lights LLC subsequently agree otherwise. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights under an existing order or warranty. A separate written agreement expressly accepted by both parties controls over conflicting provisions of these Terms. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
Shipping Policy
Experience Lights LLC is committed to the fast and efficient fulfillment of your order. “Fulfillment” means packing your order, and handing it off to your chosen shipping or fulfillment provider as quickly as possible based on the product’s stated availability.
After we hand your shipment to the carrier, transit and delivery are performed by the carrier. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us promptly with your order number and available documentation. We will investigate, coordinate applicable carrier claims, and provide any remedy required by applicable law or your sales agreement. Delivery to a carrier or fulfillment provider does not eliminate obligations Experience Lights LLC retains under applicable law.

Shipping Policy: What We Are Not Responsible For
Experience Lights LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
• Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, regional carriers, or third-party fulfillment providers)
• Weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
• Peak shipping season delays (e.g., holidays)
• Customs delays, inspections, or international clearance issues
• Customs-clearance delays, including delays resulting from the customer’s failure to pay import duties, taxes, or fees assigned to the customer under the accepted order terms.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
International Shipping Policy: Duties, Tariffs and Other Fees
Unless expressly included in the accepted quote or checkout total, destination-country import duties, taxes, and customs-clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. Any duty-paid shipping arrangement expressly accepted by Experience Lights LLC controls over this provision. This provision does not transfer charges or obligations that applicable law requires Experience Lights LLC to bear.
Shipping Policy: Delivery Time Estimates
Shipment timeframes describe when we expect to hand your order to the carrier. Transit timeframes describe the carrier’s estimated delivery time after receiving your package. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing by Experience Lights LLC, transit timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Preorders, backorders, and built-to-order items are subject to the shipment timeframe disclosed before purchase. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and obtain any required consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise and issue a prompt refund as required by law. Deposit and cancellation restrictions do not override legally required refunds.
Return Policy
New, unopened, and unused items are eligible for a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us within that period to request return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned products. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping, except when the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. If we sent an incorrect item, we will pay reasonable return shipping costs and refund the charges attributable to that item if you choose a refund instead of a replacement. Defective-product claims are handled separately under our Limited Product Warranty and applicable law.

Experience Lights LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an Experience Lights LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
