Individuals can pay for more raffle tickets, VIP upgrades or can otherwise pay for increased odds of winning Experience Lights prizes.

Some individuals may have increased odds of winning Experience Lights prizes than others.

All individuals have an equal opportunity of winning Experience Lights prizes, and money is not exchanged in any way with regards to the Experience Lights prizes.

NOTICE: Prizes are given freely as donations to the community, and may not under any circumstances be used where money is being exchanged for raffle tickets or increased odds of winning prizes. This includes buying upgraded packages for increased odds of winning, or allowing individuals to buy more raffle tickets.
